Vaccinations
What are vaccines, and why do they matter?
Vaccines are products designed to trigger protective immune responses and better prepare the immune system to fight future infections from disease-causing agents. Vaccines stimulate the immune system’s production of antibodies that identify and destroy disease-causing organisms that enter the body.
At our clinic, the Vets believe it is important to perform a full clinical examination and health check before giving any vaccinations. Our vaccination fee includes a consultation fee and all aspects of preventative health care will be discussed with you. Dogs will be vaccinated against Distemper, Parvo, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and of course Rabies. Cats will be vaccinated against Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Panleukopenia and of course Rabies.
Also ask us for Bronchisine (Kennel cough) vaccination if your pet must go to the kennel.
